Unconvential Business Design, Development and Marketing
I love a good challenge and when it comes to "unconvential businesses" like tattoo artistry, the rules in marketing have to get changed a little to accomodate what is best for that business. For Lee, his tattoo business is most helped out by Social Media marketing, as people love to see his work being posted on an almost daily basis, interacting with others who have recently gotten tattooed and reading stories of clients' tattoo decisions. I designed and developed his website as well as designed and currently manage marketing ad campaigns for Lee, which boast a high conversion rate after click-through. Website is winner of 3 design awards.
Website Design, Interactive, & Content Management System
The ICA came to me needing a full redesign of their website with a need for interactive components. A before and after interactive slider into the Conservation pieces so that you can view the works brought to them in their original state and then after restoration, their past newsletters have been archived into interactive magazines, and an interactive map of their regional area displaying works that the organization has restored in the United States. The entire site updateable through a Content Management System. Winner of a 2010 Visual Communication Award from the Ohio Museums Assocation.
Website Design and Development in a Content Management System with Message Boards
AMIEN and its founder has been working closely with me since the launch of the AMIEN organization. AMIEN provides a forum for transparent information about art materials and reports on findings through research, relying heavily on communication through the forums (message boards) on its website. I have been responsible for designing and programming the website, not only programming the message boards but also the content management system the site is in. I have also designed AMIEN's print collateral.
Website Design and Development
The Law Office of Randall Howell approached me with the need of an online presence, a simple design and website where people can find out more information. I designed and developed a simple website for Randall but also kept in mind that in the future they were going to want to hire a firm to do Search Engine Marketing for them. So in this case, I developed the website such that the firm can more easily do their job while keeping the design's integrity intact. I also provided instructions Randall could pass along to the firm they hired that would help them get acquainted with the website's implementation faster.

The owner of Mint Productionz came to me requesting a cheap alternative to custom website design and I was happy to provide them with a solution that met their needs. The client then bought a website template they loved and I happily installed it and gave them training on how to maintain the template in their content management system. The site was up-and-running within a few days!
