Interactive Media
What you do know: That just about everything on the web that utilizes animation and a fluid user interface may be called interactive media. More often than not, this is work done in Adobe Flash using design and programming. But this is not limited to the World Wide Web or Flash, and some interactive media may be done on touch screen displays or entire three dimensional spaces.
What you may not know: That some companies offering to do work in this arena really don't have the user at interest, so instead of a user-friendly, innovative experience becomes a slow-loading, confusing website or project. The users end up never using the piece because they leave.
What I offer: I am a committed interactive designer with your audience as my #1 priority, so I will take the time to research and develop your interactive project to make sure it is usable and engaging. If your audience can't use the project, then it isn't working for you.
What I won't ever do: I won't use confusing language when explaining projects, I will not clutter my website with thousands of meaningless words to help garner search engine traffic, I will never ignore your emails, and I won't ever bill you for my mistakes.
